Rates are based on double occupancy and are inclusive of:
- access to all amenities (pool, BBQ, laundry, grounds)
- on site management (owners live on site)

- $35 cleaning fee

3 night minimum stay

*Additional per person rate is $25/night

 

*Fully refundable damage deposit of $150.00 will be given on departure date if no damages have been incurred
